When we visited Yerevan’s Arabkir Medical Center, Doctor Hrachya Arshakyan had just finished operating. Just 30 years old, he has already managed to gain a worthy reputation among both his colleagues and patients. He is the only physician in his family. When he graduated from secondary school, he originally intended to continue his education in physics and mathematics. But he followed his parents’ advice instead, and in 1997 applied to the Yerevan State Medical University. “Before my graduation, I could not decide which specific area of medical science to focus on.
