New York – Fund for Armenian Relief is pleased to announce that for the very first time it will hold a special forum recognizing the Armenian National Science and Education Fund on September 24 in Yerevan. The forum celebrates 12 successful years of one of FAR’s most important programs, which provides financial support for Armenian scientists and researchers.

“Over the past 12 years, The Armenian National Science and Education Fund played an important role in maintaining Armenia’s tradition of excellence in the sciences by encouraging researchers to continue their groundbreaking work,” said Professor Yervant Terzian, esteemed Cornell Astrophysicist and a founder of ANSEF.

Dignitaries from the U.S. and Armenia and the founders of ANSEF will lead the forum, which will be held at the Armenian National Academy of Sciences. Several researchers who have received support from ANSEF throughout the years will also be presenting on their work.
