‘Children of Variegated Colors’ in Yerevan till April 2.

Artist Vahagn Ghukasyan’s exhibit is now open in Yerevan at the Armenian Center for Contemporary Experimental Art.

On Tues., Mar. 22, young artist Vahagn Ghukasyan’s solo exhibit Children of the Variegated Colors will open at 5 pm at the Armenian Center for Contemporary Experimental Art (ACCEA, or NPAK in Armenian).

Local artist Arman Grigoryan, in a statement on the exhibit (available in English and Armenian on the event Facebook page), notes:

“Vahagn Ghukasyan, in our society, which is in pursuit of principles of usefulness and expediency, has challenged himself to contest the notion of obligatory work, or in the broad sense, the notion of laziness, which is nothing but rebellion against systems of exploitation.
