Five more doctors completed FAR’s Continuing Medical Education Program. September’s participants — a vascular surgeon from Gyumri, two gynecologists from Ijevan and Vayk, respectively, an orthopedic surgeon from Noyemberyan and an ENT from Talin — presented their case studies on September 30 at FAR’s Yerevan office. They were joined by Dr. Raffi Hovanesian, a member of the FAR Board of Trustees, who was in town from the U.S.
CME gives doctors from Armenia’s rural areas the opportunity to enhance their modern medical knowledge and practice. These doctors have the opportunity to learn about innovative approaches and methodologies from top healthcare providers in Yerevan free of cost.
