[GTech Business Channel]: Growing the IT Sphere in Nagorno-Karabakh image

In less than a year since it was established GTech Solutions LLC has already achieved some victories. One of its great partnerships of 2015 was with Artsakh State University of Nagorno-Karabakh, where GTech Solutions specialists now teach at the school’s Faculty of Information Technologies. In addition, students who study in the program also receive scholarships thanks to partial funding from the Armenian Educational Foundation, with which GTech has had a seven-year cooperation. More than 50 students started studying web programming in the program in May 2015, including database, software design, web design, planning and testing design. [FAR GTech]: “What, Where, When” Competition a Showcase for Armenian Intellectual Strength standard

Even after the crowds left Yerevan and the news shifted away from the global commemorations of the surrounding April 24th, Gyumri Information technologies Center – GTech and GTech Solutions continued to keep Gyumri’s attention on the genocide centennial in their own unique way. About two weeks ago, students and staff organized the What, Where, When competition at the Gyumri Jazz Club, with the purpose of demonstrating the unbreakable intellectual strength of the Armenian people. [GTech]: Forty Four More Teachers are Trained by Gtech standard

With support from FAR and the Armenian Educational Foundation, GTech continued its teacher trainings for those specializing in informatics in Armenia and Karabakh. Trainings were conducted for 44 teachers in the Berd Region as well as in the Karabakh cities of Martuni, Martakert and Askeran. The trainings are aimed to keep educators aware of the changes and innovations of the field and help them to develop professionally. During the trainings they received appropriate professional literature and programs to cover the subject material, as well as the opportunity to focus on topics of individual interest.
